After creating your AuthVela account all you need to set-up your Wi-Fi network is to complete few simple steps:

1. Create the user.

Go to ‘Users’ tab in the menu and click ‘CREATE’ in users view. Fill the form and confirm user creation.

2. Configure your Access Point.

- See the list of supported vendors.

3. Login to Wi-Fi network.

Go to Wi-Fi settings of your client device and click to connect to your network.

Provide login and password of the user you have created before.

You are online! Now you are connected to your Wi-Fi network.

Your credentials have been validated using AuthVela server and your session data is now available in your account’s Dashboard.

Advanced features

Now when you successfully configured your Wi-Fi network to use AuthVela you can use one of our Advanced features.

- Time Restrictions

With this option you can configure total time per day that a user can be connected to your network.

- Time Range Restrictions

This option specifies day time range when the user is allowed to connect to your Wi-Fi. You can configure as many time ranges as you want.

In the following example we limited our test user for 8 hours internet access per day and restricted him to login only from 8AM till 8PM.
